The process begins with you telling us about your product, audience and goals.
Then you load us up with
background information from brochures, articles, memos, Web sites,
technical papers and other sources. The more the better.

We assign one or more writers to your project.

We gather additional research into the subject, audience, product and market.
If necessary, we ask you more questions.
If you want us to call your experts for their insights, we do that too.

We develop a target audience profile, clarify features and benefits, and distill key messages.

Then we write, rewrite, edit, thumb through thesauri and the AP Stylebook, and
rewrite some more.

We send you the finished piece.
You are guaranteed unlimited rewrites for 30 days from the time we turn in
the copy.

You make changes if necessary. Maybe you
want us to add/subtract information or alter the tone and style.
- Good writers can fix anything. We revise the text and submit final copy.
- If the text needs alterations during production, we make them. It's part of the
service.
