The prices below cover most types of newsletter projects. If your newsletter has special requirements, we'll provide you with a custom quote.

1) Standard-sized (8.5" x 11") newsletter delivered as PDF file — price per issue

2) E-newsletter articles — price per article

* E-newsletter articles commonly run to about 500 words, give or take 50 words. We charge a flat price for articles with lengths in this range.

3) E-newsletter design and layout: $200 per issue

4) Photography

Extra charges apply for custom photography and some stock images. Charges vary depending on location, session time and stock image supplier.

5) Printing, mailing, e-newsletter distribution

We provide custom quotes for these services because of the variables that need to be considered, such as print quantity, paper stock, shipping distance, size of list, amount of data entry, and so on.

Terms

  1. All prices include unlimited copy revisions and 2 design revisions, provided initial project guidelines do not change.
  2. Before starting work, we require:
    • A signed contract, purchase order or letter of authorization outlining deliverables, deadlines and charges.
    • A 50% advance payment on writing, design and photography projects.

  3. The balance 50% payment will be due on delivery.
  4. Printing, mailing and e-newsletter service charges must be paid in full before the work is contracted with vendors.
